Q. Who is Metro Racing?

A.

Metro has been around since 1986 and for the last 15 years, Don and Peg Miller have been Metro Racing.  Don and Peg can usually be found at the vintage races or a swap meet.  They eat, sleep and breathe vintage motorcycles and consider themselves very lucky to be able to do what they love every day.

Q. What are my shipping options within the US?

A.

For domestic shipping - we use FedEx.  The least expensive method is our FedEX Smart Post.  This is shipped out of our location using FedEx Ground and then delivered to your local post office and delivered to your door by your postal delivery person.  Delivery time is anywhere from two to seven business days.  If you need your order a little quicker you can choose Fed Ex 2-day or Fed Ex Overnight delivery. 

Q. What are shipping options for international orders?

A.

Shipping options internationally are via the Postal Service which is the least expensive or FedEx Standard and Fed Ex Expedited.  Also available to our Canadian Customers is FedEx Ground.

Q. I received my order, but you sent me the wrong item. Now what do I do?

A.

We do our best here at Metro, but occasionally we do make mistakes.  Give us a call and we can send a call tag to pick the item up and get it back to us for an exchange.  We are working on getting that return label right in the package soon.  

Q. So I got my order and I need to exchange for another size. What do I do?

A.

If you received your shirt and it doesn't fit, you can return it to the address on the upper left of your packing slip.  If there wasn't a packing slip, our address is:

Q. I love your photos. Can I use them?

A.

All of the photos are taken in the Metro Garage and are the property of Metro Racing.  If you wish to use them, please ask for permission before posting them anywhere.

Q. I got the item but just don't like it. Can I get a refund?

A.

Absolutely.  We want everyone to be happy.  If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please return it back to us with a note on whether you want us to credit your card, paypal account or need a refund check. 

Q. Your photos are very cool. Can I use them too?

A.

If you are going to use one of the photos you see here on our website, you need to credit Metro Racing in some way.  Thanks for asking.
