Reproduction Trackmaster read fender hoop.
No one wants to admit that accidents happen. A common on in motorcycle racing is called 'looping out' meaning the front end came up and they couldn't stop it from going over. On a stock motorcycle, this often left you with frame damage to a part that was permanently welded to the rear of the frame. Ray Hensley of Trackmaster Racing Frames built a 'fuse' into his frames. A bolt on piece that attached to the rear of the frame that could be eaily replace in case of a mishap. We have reproduced this piece in bare steel to allow any modifications that may be needed before plating or paint. It measures 8 1/4" to the outside of the mounts. It was copied from an oil in frame Trackmaster Triumph unit. This was the most common design, may need to be modified to fit other frames.
